Awesome Book Launch

Last night marked another Orca book launch featuring a number of stars in the CWILL BC universe. Vancouver Kidsbooks was packed to the gills with well-wishers for the authors of all the new books being launched. Fans of all ages enjoyed hearing brief excerpts from each of the featured titles. A wonderful time was had by all — and (at least according to my accounting…) many new books found their way out of the store.

Congratulations to authors Shelley Hrdlitschka (Sister Wife), Meg Tilly (First Time), Kim Denman (Spiral), Robin Stevenson (A Thousand Shades Of Blue), and editor/author Sarah Harvey (The Lit Report), who wore BOTH hats at the event.

  1. What a hard decision! I went to the CWILL meeting, but wished I could have been two places at once. Congratulations everyone!
