More and more children’s writers and illustrators are offering school visits via the internet, using services such as Skype. CWILL BC member Margaret Ruurs has an article on the phenomenon in the latest issue of Canadian Teacher Magazine.

She discusses equipment needs, the pros and cons of virtual presentations, and ways both presenters and teachers can prepare.
