A Town Bewitched

Suzanne de Montigny launched her award-winning tween/teen novel, A Town Bewitched on Sept. 17th at the Cottage Bistro on Main St., Vancouver. Many of the members in attendance were the very people who inspired some of her characters. A great time was had when Suzanne revealed who they were and why they had walked into her novel. Following her reading, Mairi Rankin and Jenny Ritter took over the second half of the evening performing Cape Breton fiddle tunes. They were joined by none other than Suzanne’s teenaged boys, Philippe and André Yu.

I’m jealous. I want Miari Rankin to play for me! What a great time that must have been. Suzanne is setting the bar for launches.
