The wind-swept deck of an explorer’s vessel as it quests for the fabled northwest passage, the hushed and bated murmuring of a hockey rink moments before puck drop, the brave and resolute heart of a young girl determined to return an elephant to the wilds of its jungle home. Fall Book Harvest is a proud presentation of the Vancouver Public Library and the Children’s Writers and Illustrators of BC (CWILL BC) and will be hosted by Pandora’s Collective. The afternoon will feature live presentations, free autographs, displays, door prizes, a book sale, and a chance for local schools to win a free author visit (valued at $325). Teachers can find out more about this special offer by clicking HERE.
